We have 14-day no quibble returns policy. As long as you do not take out the labels and return the bag at your expense in sellable condition, we are happy to take it back and refund / replace your item.
Bagwise offers a fast, safe and reliable delivery service via Royal Mail and various courier companies. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with all details.
If a product is not in stock, we will inform you and send it as soon as it comes in. If there is any excessive delay, we will email you or give you a call. Of course, we will not charge for delivery even if we send out multiple packages.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, then we expect you to inform us within 24 hours of receipt, detailing what the problem is and we will deal with it in the best possible way. Therefore, please check the item you receive as soon as it is delivered.
After 24 hours, we assume the item is fit-for-purpose and there is nothing wrong with it. You have up to 14 days to return an item that is resellable and brand new, with tags in place. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We offer standard delivery free of charge on all orders within United Kingdom. The estimated delivery time for this service is 3 to 4 working days by courier. This is a trackable service and you will receive a tracking number when when your order is dispatched.
Orders placed on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) will be despatched on the next working day.
For £ 3.50 extra, you can have your item shipped with next day delivery service within UK.
Orders must be placed & payment should clear before 1pm for delivery on next working day. This delivery method requires an adult signature at destination; so we cannot deliver to PO box addresses, forwarding companies, freight operators or lockers.
If you are not in to receive the delivery, the couriers leave a card detailing how you can pick up your order or arrange a re-delivery. Please follow their instructions.
We cannot guarantee delivery within the usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas in UK & Ireland. Please contact us if you have any queries.
We use trackable courier services to deliver to locations outside UK. The estimated shipping times are:
Western Europe: 4 working days Eastern Europe: 5 working days USA & the rest of the world: 7 working days
Overseas shipping costs depend on size and weight of the item. You will find details of delivery charges on product pages.
If your delivery address is a country outside of European Union, customs and / or import duties are payable once the package reaches its destination. These charges are paid by the recipient. You may want to contact your local customs or post office for current charges before you place your order.
You can return your item(s) for any reason, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are in sellable condition and with tags. No quibbles!
Please do not remove the tags or labels from your item until you are sure that you want to keep it. All returns must be with original tags and labels, and have to be in sellable condition, with no signs of damage or wear & tear (such as marks or blemishes). Any goods damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return.
To return an item, simply contact us. Please post the items back to us with a copy of your invoice or a note giving details and we will let you know when item has been received and will refund to your card at time of order you within a week of receipt of item.

You have up to 14 days to return an item from date of receipt. This is both for UK and international orders. After this date, a credit note to spend on the site will be issued, instead of a full refund.
The returns are sent at your expense, unless the item sent to you was originally faulty. If the item you received was not what you originally ordered or was faulty when it arrived, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will send you a courier slip to return the item to us at our cost.
Customised items cannot be returned or refunded. These are products customised to your specific requirements and approved by you, hence have a limited sale opportunity. It is entirely customer’s responsibility to make final decision on customisation and place the order.
We suggest you use a trackable service from Royal Mail or a courier service as it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure goods reach us safely and timely. We recommend you obtain proof of sending as well as using a courier that insures your return for the value of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Bagwise fully complies with Distance Selling Regulations, aims to provide a high level of customer service and honours the cooling off period.
